Many Life Coaches will recommend the Wheel of Life as an useful exercise to visualise their life, how to categorise the various parts of it and how their priorities currently stand. I take a holistic approach to Life Coaching; focussing on the individual to think of their life as whole where problems in one area can have a domino effect impacting the rest of their life.
I believe that to lead a harmonious life we need to find balance in all areas of our life. These areas or aspects of our life are the Mind, Body, Spiritual, Creativity and Emotional. Sometimes one or more of these can be out of balance leading to confusion, stagnation, frustration, ill health and a general feeling of not knowing who I am and where I am going?
