The body is our vessel, carrying all that we are, allowing us to exist in this world.

When the body does not function well it can impact the other aspects of our lives. Physical illnesses, traumas, injuries and pain can all negatively impact our identity. We need to cherish our bodies, allow them to heal when necessary and encourage them to flourish in good health so they can achieve optimum functionality thus enhancing our quality of life.
